"First Steps to Fitness- Preschool
Program " Ages 4-6
What could be more fun for an active 4-6 year old than jumping,
hopping, skipping, and running? And the kids don't even realize
they're exercising! Our First Steps to Fitness class help
little ones improve balance, coordination, core strength and
gross motor skills through guided activity. It's never too
early to make fitness fun!
First Step’s to Fitness is designed to motivate and
encourage young children to be physically active. Classes
will be highly active and will include enjoyable activities
that enhance motor development and school readiness skills
in children ages 4-6. First Step’s to Fitness classes
combine Fun, Fitness and Nutrition Tips!
Available to
Children age 4-6yr.
Classes will last 45 min.
Fee for 6 week program: $60.00.(session
1 or 2)
(30% discount for siblings)
SESSIONS
are limited to first 10 children. (must have 4 registered
to hold program)
