Overspeed Training for Hitters / Bat Speed (with Jay Wollenburg)

The results are in!! For every one mph increase in bat speed the ball travels 5 feet further. Are you interested in turning singles into doubles and doubles into home-runs? Then the bat speed program is for you. Utilizing the latest research in underspeed/overspeed training, this program will increase your bat speed from 3-8 mph. This 3 week session will also improve your bat path, allow you to the let the ball get deep, and quicken up your hands and wrist pivot. Watch the ball explode off the bat and gain confidence as you learn to barrel it up!
