TAD's Athletic Strength
Training
NEW Athletic Group Strength Training is now
available at TAD! Learn to train like an athlete! This class
is great for both those who are just beginning strength training
as well as those athletes who have limited time and want the
most bang for their training buck. The class consists of a
once per week total body strength training program. The emphasis
is on training for improved athletic performance and will
focus on movements (not just muscles) and training the body
to work efficiently as a unit. Improve your strength, Improve
your performance! This class is offered to both male and femal
athletes age 13 and up! Please note females will train on
one day and males on the other.
6 WEEK PROGRAM (1x/week)
Fee: $60.00
must have atleast
4 athletes registered to hold classes
